As Leyli Sanat Derneği, we successfully completed the “Step-by-Step Digitalization and Capacity Building” project with the valuable support of the Sivil Düşün Programme E.U. The aim of this project was to extend our cultural and artistic activities to wider audiences by enhancing our digital skills and expanding our network of volunteers, supporters, and stakeholders.
The main goal of our project was to improve the effectiveness of our digital platforms, thereby reaching broader audiences and undertaking larger-scale projects. We focused on developing our digital skills to enhance the usability and accessibility of our website and e-magazine, strengthening both our content production and organizational structure.
Prior to this project, our website and e-magazine provided cultural content and organized both in-person and online events. However, due to limited digital resources and algorithmic challenges, we struggled to achieve sufficient visibility. During the project, we optimized our website and social media channels, making them more user-friendly and accessible. This optimization increased the impact of our content and strengthened our volunteer network.
Throughout the project, we redesigned our website to improve user experience and interface, produced high-quality and interactive content, and promoted our project through social media campaigns, reaching a wider audience. This project marked a significant step forward in Leyli Sanat Derneği’s digitalization journey, allowing us to make a greater impact in the cultural and arts sector. With the support of Sivil Düşün, this project will continue to illuminate our future endeavors.
